The Optum Insider is a monthly, complimentary electronic publication that provides information on focused quality and chronic conditions and program-specific updates. It also includes conditions that are specific to Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) and how they differ in each of the risk-adjustment models that may affect your patients who are enrolled with Optum health plan clients.
